Kalamarakia Yemista – $30 Whole baby calamari filled with rice and sultanas on a chilli spiced tomato salsa. Soft and tender rice-stuffed calamari with an awesome tomato salsa. A must-try.
Sizzling Szechuan Beef – $9.80 including Rice One of the best items here. A lot of meat, spicy and super tasty. Better enjoyed with plenty of rice (which they give). From the entrance, walk to the corner diagonally across from you.
Ferrero Rocher and Kinder Bueno in an Ice Cream Cone – $7 Mamma mia! It’s a much better deal than the small Gelato in the next picture! A successful marriage between the Italian Ferrero Rocher and Australian Kinder Bueno. Despite this being quite pleasing, I prefer exotic or one-of-a-kind flavors that can’t be found elsewhere. My money is still on the next gelato.
Miso Tonkotsu Ramen – $17 IPPUDO’s signature pork broth infused with red miso. Topped with pork belly chashu, cabbage, spring onions, bamboo shoots, corn and bean sprouts. Still the broth was not as thick as it was supposed to.
Shangri-La Chicken – $14.80 Very spicy and tasty, the only missing thing from this dish is that it isn’t boneless. I personally enjoyed the generous use of actual red chillies.
Hot Dog de Wheels – AUD 6.90 Continential Viennese smoked frankfurt served with mushy peas, chili con carne and garlic onions with cheese sauce and chili sauce.
