IPPUDO’s signature pork broth infused with red miso. Topped with pork belly chashu, cabbage, spring onions, bamboo shoots, corn and bean sprouts. Still the broth was not as thick as it was supposed to.

Wait, you could upgrade your Miso Tonkotsu Ramen! This is IPPUDO’s original spicy ground pork miso.

Behold, this is the final product of Miso Tonkotsu Ramen with Karaka Base! In Jakarta they are mixed from the start, here they are served separately to your taste.

Very good deals. We chose to go for them.

Simple salad with wafu dressing. Wafu is a Japanese-style soy-sauce-based dressing. Very refreshing and worth every penny.

Tonkotsu broth enhanced with special blended miso paste and fragrant garlic oil. Served with thin noodles, pork belly, black mushrooms and spring onions. A refined, modern-style ramen. Again, although tasty, the broth was not thick enough.

Akamaru with flavored egg, simmered pork belly, roasted seaweed, flavored black mushroom, bambo shoots, and spring onions. Here they come separately with the ramen. Put these toppings onto Akamaru Shinaji and transform it into Akamaru Special!!

A very good bargain but hopefully you’ve got someone to share it with. The ramen itself is huge, and this donburi isn’t mini, either.

What a lovely mall! The vibe is young and fresh, being located right across from University of Technology Sydney (UTS).

Ippudo is right on the left side.
Tasty, acceptable broth but could use some improvement. The waiters were fast, friendly, and helpful. Speaking about efficiency, they are used to handling a large number of customers. Customers are required to follow many rules like where you should line up, every customer must order 1 dish (cannot share 1 bowl of ramen with 3 friends!), no separate bills, etc. I heard this place is always packed during lunch or dinner time. Gladly I dropped by as soon as they were open at 11 AM (ramen’s #1 fan!). It was a pretty good experience, especially with the professional service.
Oh, and no Wi-Fi for customers. It’s avalaible for management only although the connection is visible to public. That’s the real Japanese way of eating ramen: sit down, eat, and leave.
