I created this food blog to make you drool at the pictures.

It took me a few days to find the perfect blog name. The name “Electreats” originated from my educational background in Electrical and Computer Engineering. I introduced myself to some people to hear how the name sounded – I’m Elvin of Electreats. It felt right. Electreats was born.

In life, I feel blessed with the gift of travel. Traveling opens one’s eyes. I see the world differently after living in the USA for a long time. Traveling has helped me to become more open-minded, patient, less-judging and thus, a better person.

What you read here is solely my own honest opinion and I’m not getting paid for what I write. Any private invitation I get from time-to-time will be disclosed in my posts.
