Saku-Saku Melon Pan メロンパン – IDR 11K It’s not melon-flavored but melon-shaped. Made from an enriched dough covered in a thin layer of crisp cookie dough, this is a Japanese masterpiece.
Molly’s Mighty Club – IDR 80K Three-layered tantalizing sliced chicken breast, crisp pork bacon, cheddar cheese, soft fried egg, lettuce, and light mayo sauce on toasted white bread. A must-try.
Chirashi Sushi – IDR 122K Assorted sashimi served on top of a bowl of vinegar rice. Elegant and beautiful to the eyes, an important essence in Japanese cooking. Always my classic favorite when it comes to Japanese cuisine.
Vesuvio – Romana Pizza – IDR 98K Pepperoni and hot soft n’duja sausage on a creamy sweet potato base, baked with mozzarella and finished with watercress, shaved grana padano and chili oil. Wow! A masterpiece with the King of Cheese!
