Karaka-Men Special - IDR 99K IPPUDO's original tonkotsu broth with special spicy miso, cashew nuts, bean sprouts & ground pork. This "special" version includes salted soft-boiled egg, pork belly & seaweed. Strong miso taste, which I liked, but the broth could've been thicker as in the real Hakata ramen. — Karaka-Men Special – IDR 99K
