
IPPUDO’s original tonkotsu broth with special spicy miso, cashew nuts, bean sprouts & ground pork. All “special” versions include salted soft-boiled egg, pork belly & seaweed. Strong miso taste, which I liked, but the broth could’ve been thicker as in the real Hakata ramen.


Not bad in satisfying my appetite for gyoza.


With ultra-thin noodles, pork loin, bean sprouts, kikurage (Japanese mushroom) & spring onions. Classic Hakata-style ramen.

Miso paste blended with garlic oil. A refined, modern-style ramen.



Good ramen but could’ve been better. Great service. Prices kinda expensive because of their location right by the Stock Exchange. 17% Tax & Service Charge.
