Kaisen Don – IDR 70K Chunks of salmon, tuna, gindara, and tiger prawn sauteed with shoyu and garlic-flavored butter. Topped with tobiko and dried seaweed. A little bit overpriced, but taste-wise was quite memorable. Strong garlic flavor. A must-try.
Banh Mi Bo Nuong Sa – IDR 54K Viet sub with lemongrass beef. The beef was marinated properly but the bread itself was a bit hard. Could request extra cilantro to taste.
Spicy Salmon Soba – IDR 68K Japanese buckwheat noodles with spicy salmon and fried garlic toppings. Enjoy by dipping into the shoyu-based soba sauce. Very flavorful.
