Topokki with Kimchi, Stir-fried Anchovies, and Candied Potatoes
I won’t lie, when visiting a Korean restaurant, I’m always curious about what kinds of banchan (side dishes) are coming. Their side dishes are very limited but I still enjoyed the unique savory and sweet combinations from these three side dishes that went well with the spicy & savory topokki. Nevertheless, the topokki could use less water to make the sauce more paste-like.
