
A specialty skewer meal from Padang, made from diced beef with spicy sauce made of turmeric, ginger, garlic, coriander, curry powder, and salt. Quite tender meat with tasty, spicy sauce.

Meal package consisting of rice, and Padangnese sliced-and-dried meat jerky, smothered in chillies and other spices. Part of Lunch Meal Packages offered during lunch hours 12-2 PM. Bold and tasty. All the smaller dishes seemed to compliment one another. A must-try.

West-Sumatra’s signature breakfast dish, consisting of black and white glutinous rice porridge, sweet potato dumpling porridge, sticky sweet potato rice, rice pudding, and green bean porridge. Really unique dessert with so many layers. I suggest sticking your spoon until the very bottom of the glass instead of eating from the top.

Healthy juice, nice to drink once in a while.
